Why Spain Senior Living?

Customers should understand that the term “senior living” is not the same as “old age home” or “assisted living”. Nor does the term “senior” or “retiree” or “50+” automatically imply someone who is dependent or requires care. Quite the contrary. Part of our objective is to help the market and industry move beyond stigma associated with names. Our focus is on you, the customer. The choice of our business name is deliberate so that there is no doubt about the age profile which constitutes our core customer base.

We are able to cater for a range of customers at any stage of their pre-retirement or retirement. These include assisted living solutions including domiciliary care, and full-time care solutions, where required. Many of our options are fully accessible and so they offer a good degree of comfort. Many of our fully accessible accommodation options are also excellent solutions for anyone who may be disabled or have some mobility issues.

We highlight the fact that having a physical disability, for example, does not automatically imply dependency. While age is no indication of a mobility issue, so too disability need not imply lack of independence. It is important to emphasise that our business caters for independent seniors even when some of their independence may be lost. This is absolutely crucial for peace of mind in terms of continuity of stay in a foreign country.
