Although demand continues to exceed supply, Spain’s Costas do have senior living developments specifically designed for this age bracket. With our experienced partners, Spain Senior Living offers access to a wide range of both assisted living and care locations.

Targeted at customers requiring care or assistance, we have options in the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol. Most developments are purpose-built to cater for retirees requiring or forecast to require assistance.

The sites to which we have access are in different locations, some urban, others coastal, and some slightly inland. Due to the Costa del Sol’s topography, some sites are in elevated positions with difficult access to the coast. In these situations, the on-site amenities and facilities  reduce the need for leaving the location. In addition, regular shuttle services for residents transport them to local amenities. These include shopping, the beach, and medical facilities.

Many sites are also located conveniently close to major regional hospitals.

The range of options include those appropriate for independent, semi-dependent and dependent residents. Choose from a range of options including single rooms, double rooms or shared rooms, and apartments. Services include medical support, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychological support, hydrotherapy, massages, animation, sports. On some sites, most residents are independent so the focus is less on care than community living.

We have both rental options and age-restricted properties for sale, the latter mainly in independent living locations.

Contact us for more information and prices. Our approach in this area is always individualised. We will sometimes combine the options with which we work with a search for additional options in the preferred region.
